All sales of our digital goods (Virtual Fashion Concepts) are final and non-refundable. For physical items, returns and refunds are handled by our fulfillment partner, the RN149855 Shopify store, according to their policy.
All physical goods purchased through our platform are sold and fulfilled by our partner, RN149855, via their Shopify store. Consequently, all refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical items are exclusively subject to the return policy of the RN149855 Shopify store.
To initiate a return for a physical item, please refer to the instructions included with your shipment or visit the Shopify store directly. Our platform does not process returns or issue refunds for physical goods.
Our digital goods consist of unique, AI-generated "Virtual Fashion Concepts" that exist purely in a digital format and are recorded as collectibles.
All sales of digital goods are final.
Due to the instant, irrevocable, and verifiable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital goods purchased. Once a digital item is purchased, the transaction cannot be reversed. We urge you to review all item details carefully before completing your purchase.
In the rare event of a verifiable billing error or a technical failure resulting in the non-delivery of a purchased digital good, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a store credit or a re-issuance of the digital item. This does not establish a right to a refund.
