Privacy Summary

We collect the prompts and images you provide to power our AI features. This data is used solely to generate your style suggestions. We do not store camera feeds from the Virtual Try-On feature. As a California resident, you have the right to know, correct, and delete your personal information.

1. Information We Collect and Why

We collect information to provide and improve our services. The types of information we may collect include:

  • Text Prompts: We collect style preferences you provide to our AI Style Assistant. This is the core input for generating your personalized fashion suggestions.
  • Uploaded Images: When using the "Shop the Look" feature, we collect the images you upload. Our AI analyzes these images to identify clothing items and find similar products in our catalog.
  • Locker Information (Local Storage): Your "Locker" items are saved in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to our servers unless an action (like generating a curated feed) requires it.
  • Camera Access (Real-Time): For the "Virtual Try-On" feature, we require temporary access to your device's camera. This is a critical point: In accordance with California privacy laws, we do not store, record, or transmit any video or images from this feature. The camera feed is processed in real-time on your device and is never saved.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Generate personalized AI style suggestions based on your text prompts.
  • Analyze uploaded images to find and recommend matching products.
  • Enable the real-time Virtual Try-On functionality.
  • Process transactions and deliver purchased digital goods.

3. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. This section describes your rights and explains how to exercise them.

  • Right to Know and Access: You have the right to request disclosure of the personal information we collect and use.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We state unequivocally that we do not "sell" or "share" your personal information with third parties, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below. Since we do not use traditional user accounts, we will verify your identity based on the information you provide in your request.

4. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data you provide, please be aware that no security measure is perfect, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception or misuse.
